This residence is part of a very large villa and consists of 2 apartments, one above the other (looking at the property from the rear, we are describing the left side). They thus share all the outdoor space, that is to say the pool and the large park, embellished with beautiful lawns, paths among the laurels and various shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis, and citrus and various other fruit trees. The splendid sea view will accompany your breakfast on the terrace. Indeed each apartment has its own covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals. The upstairs apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, a bright living room with sea view, equipped with a table, chairs, a double sofa bed, various pieces of furniture and a kitchen equipped with everything you need (pots, crockery, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and more). The ground floor apartment has an independent rear entrance, which leads to the covered and equipped terrace. The inside is composed as follows: a large living room with fitted kitchen (in the same way as the previous one), living room, various furniture and a corridor which leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) for a total of 6 beddings. The bathroom also has a shower and WC. At your disposal, the fantastic pool overlooking the sea, L-shaped and an overflowing side, it includes a small pool for children and a diving area with springboard. The large rectangle is completed by a pergola with retractable roof, tables, chairs, as well as several deckchairs in the solarium area. In the property lives a couple of discreet caretakers, who are responsible for ensuring perfect water quality in the pool and the maintenance of the gardens. The villa is equipped with a large photovoltaic system on the roof. Overall, the residence can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. Ideal for groups of friends or two families who wish to experience together a magical holiday in the south of Puglia. The villa is located on a small hill, about 1.5 km from one of the most beautiful coastlines in the heel of the Italian Boot. The long fine sandy beach of Torre San Giovanni, like all the beaches in the region, has both free access areas and beach clubs (lidi, the best known of which are Cololoco, Fontanelle, Bora Bora, La Pineta…). Other beautiful beaches are quickly accessible further south on the Ionian Coast: Lido Marini, Torre Pali, Pescoluse (the famous Maldives of Salento). If you prefer rocky shores, the north of Torre San Giovanni offers low cliffs (Capilungo, Torre Suda, Mancaversa), up to other amazing beaches south of Gallipoli.
