The house overlooks a small hill of Torre Vado in a quiet residential area, but close to services and the streets of evening strolls, just 200 meters from the wonderful Ionian Sea of ​​Salento. As soon as you walk the short flight of stairs, you will reach the large private terrace, with a panoramic view on three sides. This outdoor area is divided into two parts: the covered dining area with shading sail and equipped with a wooden table and 6 chairs and, above a step, the relaxation solarium area, with a table and deck chairs. From this splendid terrace, a large window, allows access into the bright living room, also overlooking the sea. Particularly valuable the second terrace, facing the sea, adjacent to the living room, also equipped with a table and armchairs, for a pleasant aperitif at sunset. We note a laundry area with sink, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron. In the living room there is a comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner stove and micro-wave oven, table with chairs, sofa bed 2 places, TV and several furniture. The area completely disengages the rooms, from it you can access in fact: beautiful double bedroom, comfortable room with 2 single beds (can be joined or not according to needs), bathroom with shower and toilets. Both rooms are air-conditioned and it is possible to add a single bed on request. The furniture is sober, new and well-kept. The residence also has an outdoor shower useful after returning from the beach. Small pets are allowed, subject to agreement. Perfect for spending a wonderful holiday just a few steps from the blue sea of ​​Salento, shops, services and night walks.

The residence also has a shared outdoor shower, which is very practical when returning from the beach.
