House with terrace and garden in Torre Dell'Orso, a seaside resort with beach, services and entertainment. This holiday rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 equipped kitchens.
Nice and comfortable, this house has a beautiful outdoor space with a high wall (particularly suitable if you bring your pet along), which offers several parking spaces (3 cars in single file) with a nice flowerbed on both sides. The front courtyard is complemented by a large covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining (table, chairs and lounge area). It continues to the side and ends in a space with an outdoor kitchen and sink, a small shower room (with toilet and shower), and a laundry room with a washing machine. The house thus has two entrances, one to the side and the other through the terrace, leading to the living room. In the living room, you can see two sofas, one of which is a single bed, table, chairs, tv and some furniture. From here you can access the double bedroom, the twin bedroom, the shower room and the small kitchen, equipped with everything you need.

A few steps from the Giardini del Sole, the Sun Gardens, a large sports and leisure complex offering football pitches, tennis courts, beach volleyball, minigolf and games room; restaurant, pizzeria; bars; cinema; weekly municipal market; fine sandy beach (with beach clubs and free access areas); water games. Also within walking distance are bars and restaurants; fishmonger's; butcher's; supermarkets; tobacco, etc. A 2-minute drive north will take you to Roca Vecchia, where you can dive into the beautiful natural pool of Grotta della Poesia, one of the most famous places in Salento. You will also be 5 minutes away from San Foca, with its beautiful beach and nightlife, or Sant'Andrea, just south, where you can enjoy the rocky islets and the concerts in the piazza above the beach. Further south is Otranto, the pearl of the Adriatic with its medieval castle, unique alleys lined with craft shops, waterfront and mosaic cathedral dating from the XIIᵉ century.
