Very comfortable house for rent in Torre Dell'Orso in an exceptional location, facing the beach, in a seaside resort that is the pride of the Salento Adriatico, multiple awards over the years like the blue flag and five Legambiente sails. The house, not only is located a stone's throw from the beach, but is immersed in the tranquility of the greenery of the Parco dei Pini, an ideal setting for carefree holidays. Inside, the house is arranged as follows: a very bright living room, with a rounded glass design wall and a panoramic view of the pine forest; here we see a table with chairs, a sofa (which can be used as a single bed) and various furniture. Next to the living room there is the kitchenette, equipped with everything you need. A hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms and the two bathrooms. A room with two single beds) and one with a double bed. One bathroom is complete with shower, sink and toilet and the other with sink, toilet and bidet. Outside, a brick garden, slightly exposed, accessible via a staircase with a few steps, offers the ideal space for relaxing moments. In this excellently liveable area you can organise delicious lunches / dinners outdoors, being equipped with: countertop with sink, table with chairs and 2 beaches (which you can also use on the adjacent beach). The extreme proximity to a fairytale sea, the presence of two bathrooms and the reserved parking space, the beautiful comfortable and functional furniture, make it a perfect choice for unforgettable Apulian holidays.
