Holiday villa to rent with beautiful landscaped outdoor areas. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, thanks to several of its bedrooms with corridor and outside access, for greater independence. A large covered terrace, complete with table, chairs and TV, runs alongside the kitchen and living room. The living room has a double sofa bed and a fireplace. From the living room, a corridor leads to the bathroom (shower and toilet), the bedroom with the 2 single beds and 2 double bedrooms (each with access to the courtyard). The paved courtyard leads to a second small bathroom, with shower and toilet, and another spacious shower cubicle, very useful when returning from the beach. Just a few steps from the main house is a beautiful outbuilding consisting of a very large single room with a double bed over a partition. In the garden, you'll also find a pretty stone barbecue, a hammock among the pines and a swing. A lovely detached villa for a pleasant stay in Salento.

Within walking distance as well is a greengrocer's, a pizzeria with a mini-market and bar (Salvatore's), and a small square where summer events are held. Lecce and the Baroque wonders of her historic centre are a 10-minute drive away.
