Villa very close to the beach of Spiaggiabella, about 50 meters from the fine sand. The villa is on two levels and presents a large garden with flowers, palm trees and various plants. Outside the house, you'll find a nice porch for outdoor meals (with tables, chairs, barbecue and deck chairs), several parking spaces and a solarium area. Inside are 6 comfortable bedrooms, some very spacious, which accomodate up to 4 persons. One of the 3 bathrooms offers a bathtub in addition to the shower. Both kitchens, one on each floor, are fully equipped. A large living room with fireplace, sofas and various pieces of furniture, and a few sofas can be opened into beds). More precisely, the ground floor is composed of one bathroom, then one bedroom with 3 single beds, one bedroom with a double + a single bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be joined together). On the upper floor are 3 larger bedrooms: one with 2 double beds and two with a double + a single bed; 2 bathrooms; a beautiful and spacious terrace, which embraces the house from 3 sides and offers an amazing sea view. On this panoramic terrace, you'll find tables, chairs, sunshade, deckchairs and the second barbecue. This house is particularly suitable for large groups and families, who wish to share a nice holiday in Salento, enjoying comfortable common areas and a large fine sand beach nearby. In Spiaggiabella, you'll find either free beaches or beach clubs with music, food and cocktails. The Natural Park “Bosco e Paludi Di Rauccio” offers cycling routes and a lake. Most services (other restaurants and bars, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy) are available in nearby Torre Chianca (2 minutes by car). Lecce is only 10 minutes away.
