In the villa that I will describe, you will enjoy an exclusive stay, a stone's throw from the famous natural inlet of Porto Miggiano, a postcard landscape in which a golden beach is enclosed between two rocky ridges, ensuring shelter from most winds. The house, which dominates the perspective offering an enchanting view of the blue marine expanse, has a remarkable outdoor space, where the large garden is divided into comfortable terraced areas, separated by characteristic dry stone walls. The exterior, excellently equipped with tables and chairs, is surrounded by lush plants and fragrant flowers. On the sides and on the back, olive trees and a citrus grove embellish the garden and offer guests shaded areas and relaxation. A double staircase leads to the main entrance, which overlooks the large living room, consisting of two connecting rooms. Remarkable are the two times "star" in stone and the wall beliefs, magnificent evidence of the architecture and the typical furnishings of Salento. The space is well furnished and organized with a living room, TV, air conditioner, a table for dining and is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The latter has a practical and spacious work surface, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven. The kitchen also has access to the back porch, a reserved space at the back of the house, covered by a cool pergola and equipped with the necessary for convivial moments. Completing the ground floor a double bedroom with sea view, air conditioner, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The basement is used as a sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms (2 with air condition), including 2 doubles, one with 2 singles (possibly joinable) and another spacious bathroom. The house therefore has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people.
