Description
This beautiful holiday home is located in Sant'Isidoro, a seaside resort famous for its characteristic white beach with very fine grains and the sea with transparent and calm water. The bright house is surrounded by a useful courtyard, well cared for, and equipped with tables and chairs. Inside we find the living room, perfectly organized: a dining table, a sofa bed for 1 guest, wall with flat screen TV, fridge with freezer, kitchen with gas oven and sink. The first bedroom is embellished by the characteristic Lecce stone "Carparo", a certain stone of marine origin; this room has two single beds and a fold out bed can be added. Along the corridor we find an air conditioner that optimally refreshes all the rooms. From here we reach the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom, with a window, has two beds that can be joined together if necessary; the third is a comfortable double bedroom with additional external access (connecting door to the courtyard). Finally, inside the building, we have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the back of the courtyard we find a sink, a washing machine and a space for lunch or dinner outside the house. There are also two practical outdoor showers useful when coming back from the nearby beach. Ideal for groups or families who want a comfortable and clean holiday home a stone's throw from a fantastic sea.
