Description
Here is a very practical and comfortable apartment by the sea, equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. On the ground floor there is a courtyard equipped for outdoor dining and a small bathroom with shower, very convenient for washing before entering the house. Going up the stairs we find a long balcony that leads into the bright living room, connected by an arch to the equipped kitchen. The living room has: double sofa bed, area with table and chairs, TV, various furniture and air conditioning. From the kitchen you can enter the rear veranda, similar to the front balcony, but covered. There are two bedrooms: one double and one with 2 single beds and a third foldaway single bed. The bedroom has another TV. We then have the bathroom on the upper floor, equipped with a shower cubicle and toilet. The holiday home is located in San Foca, close to both the beautiful beaches of the town and the evening walking streets and services. Half of it is in fact equipped with everything you need as it is also inhabited in winter and you will find numerous dining and nightlife venues. San Foca is also very close to other wonderful seaside resorts: Torre Dell'Orso, Roca with the “Poesia” natural swimming pool, Sant'Andrea and the fantastic faraglioni. We are not far on one side with the WWF natural oasis “Le Cesine” and on the other with the renowned Otranto. In the hinterland you will find villages to explore rich in history and good food, such as Melendugno, Martano, Vernole and then, the fantastic Lecce.
