The recently renovated house is part of a development of 6 properties, accessed through a private gate for parking. The courtyard leads directly to the terrace at the front of the house, which is designed for outdoor dining. There is an outside shower with a washbasin and a laundry room. The outdoor courtyard surrounding the house offers a covered area at the rear with 2 single file parking spaces. There are two entrances into the house, one to the front and one to the side. The first leads to the fitted kitchen. The second leads to the charming air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed, table and chairs. Next are the two bedrooms, a bright double room and a beautiful bedroom with 3 single beds, both with ceiling fans. Finally, the bathroom, also recently renovated with shower cubicle. Perfect for you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Salento which are just a stone's throw away, in a reserved and relaxing context.

Nearby: The house is located in the locality of Scala di Furno, a residential area halfway between the seaside towns of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. A pleasant walk of a few minutes (400 m) separates you from the beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo. An evocative coastline with beautiful white sandy beaches bordered by dunes and crystal clear shallow waters. A two-minute drive to the south is the centre of Porto Cesareo, where you can taste the typical dishes of the region in the many restaurants and trattorias. Torre Lapillo is only 2 km to the north and is an excellent starting point for an evening stroll. Continuing north, you will reach the famous beaches of Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna. Following the coast southwards, you can visit Santa Catarina and the natural park of Porto Selvaggio, or the "beautiful town" of Gallipoli. Lecce, with its exquisite Baroque architecture, is a 20-minute drive away.
