Sunny villa rental in one of the most beautiful areas of the magical "Tacco D'Italia", Punta Grossa, a small stretch of coast interposed between two highly requested destinations such as Punta Prosciutto and Torre Lapillo. The house has a secluded position, which ensures privacy, but at the same time it is just 100 meters from a beautiful equipped beach called “La spiaggetta”, next to it stretches of low rocks or the Caribbean sandy expanses mentioned above. The villetta has the following layout: 3 comfortable bedrooms, a complete bathroom (shower, toilet and bidet) as well as a shower in the rear courtyard. The main living area is a big room which is equipped with sofa, dining are, TV and a nice kitchen. For outdoor dining we have in the rear courtyard covered veranda with tables, chairs, stone barbecue, sink and countertop), while the car is well kept in the front courtyard or you can park in front of the house. Recommended for beach holidays and relaxation.
