Bright house with sea view, in the beautiful town of Torre Vado just 200 meters from the promenade (beach and marina) and the center of the resort, with many useful services and excellent local. The house, new, clean, comfortable, has a beautiful terrace facing the sea, equipped with coffee table and outdoor lounge. From the terrace you enter the large living room, equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave, crockery, various furniture and area equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, table and chairs. From the living room, 2 steps, highlight the entrances of as many bedrooms and the comfortable bathroom, complete with shower and toilets. The rooms are well furnished (wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables etc), both air-conditioned, one double and one with 2 singles can be joined together (additional bed can be added). The building also has an outdoor shower and small pets are allowed, subject to agreement. A remarkable holiday rental house, perfect for stays in any period of the year (given the presence of the two cold / hot air conditioners), with beautiful, practical, functional furnishings, located in a wonderful area of the Ionian Salento, just a few minutes feet from the renowned Maldives of Salento (Pescoluse).
