The apartment, on the first floor of a two-story building, has a parking space in the private front courtyard. Going up the stairwell we access onto a covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining (sea view). The apartment is surrounded by a covered balcony veranda in 3 sides with closed shower cubicle and sink in the back. The internal spaces are organized as follows: large open-space living room with equipped kitchenette, table, chairs, double sofa bed and various furniture. Bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. There is a second shower cubicle, on the terrace, very comfortable when returning from the sea. Double bedroom. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed.
